[Rated blind] There’s a little bit of fermentation funk here (which I like), with minerals, melon, and hay. Flavor has a musty quality to it. It’s got a thick mouthfeel and vanilla that comes in the finish. There’s some cooked agave, but it comes at the end of the finish. Overall, this is a subtle tequila, but it’s balanced and approachable.
