Aroma: strong vanilla Sweetness. not much agave (vegetal or cooked) aroma. Palette: Oakiness, Vanilla, not much agave. no funk or peppery taste present Finish: Pleasant, no burn or harsh aftertaste Overall, an easy to drink cristalino with missing agave flavors. may be preferred for those that don't enjoy strong agave flavor and want something easy to shoot or sip.
Probably the best Cristalino I have had to date. All the fun from the De La Familia line. The fruit and floral notes come out immediately on the nose and taste. Sipping this is a little too easy, it is made for consecutive pours and these bottles will go quick once opened. The some heat comes out on the tongue if you let it sit and cinnamon comes out in the finish for me as a unique place for that flavor.
