LOT PRIMO2405003 bottled on 02/06/2025, tasted on 4-26-26. Aroma: cooked agave, light acidity, hint of anise, after 20 minutes in the glass the cooked agave note becomes slightly sweeter, agave fiber aroma, hint of spiciness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, spicer on the palate, hint of earthiness and herbal sensation. Sweet & sour. Finish is medium to long, light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light herbal & spicy notes persist.
