Peppery vanilla. Bandaid, green grass On the palate it is earthy. I get agave. Medicinal. Not my flavor profile but drinkable

Nose is rubber, earthy agave, sweet, some pepper, simple but tasty, needs to open for sure, some ethanol on initial nose but it evaporates Pallet is same notes, not bad but price hurts unless it's sub 40s

On the nose I got Agave, lime, slight herbal funk, minerals, pepper and a hint of pineapple Taste wise Its very similar to the nose. The herbal funk is not there. And the addition of some soft floral notes. Mouthfeel was a little light but not watery Finish was short but pleasant. Reminds me of all the 1639 profiles.

This one comes across as a bit of a mixed bag for me. Nose: Right away there’s a light funk that leans a little off-putting. I picked up some rubber/plastic notes alongside cinnamon and a noticeable ethanol presence. It’s not overly aggressive, but it doesn’t invite you in either. Palate: The flavor opens with some green apple, cinnamon, cooked agave, and bell pepper which gives it a brief moment of brightness, but it's short. The mouthfeel is pretty thin, which doesn’t help carry the flavors. Finish: Very short. It drops off quickly without much development or lingering character. Conclusion: There are flashes of potential here with the green apple, cinnamon, and agave notes, but the short finish and thin body hold it back from being great. Off the rip I get pepper minty green notes on the nose but after sitting for 10min it opens up nicely and the sweeter agave notes really wake up. Mouth feel was good, with minerality flavors immediately followed by agave sweetness, good finish. Glad to see new brands holding it down, I’d definitely recommend this to some friends coming into tequila.

Nose: cooked agave, earth, citrus Taste: cooked agave, mineral, citrus, black tea, black pepper Finish: herbal, peppery, maybe slight mint Not sure what the price point will be on this yet but it tastes like a quality well made tequila. It is on the herbal/earthy side of the taste spectrum with some citrus and pepper peaking thru. I would put this in the 35-45 price range and absolutely use it for sipping or making drinks.
