This is a clean, balanced blanco, notes of cooked agave, licorice or anise notes, citrus with just a light touch of white pepper. Nice lingering finish.

Clean is the word that came to mind immediately. Nice bright nose with floral and citrus hints. Very crisp taste of lemon peel, orange with floral notes. Easy, clean finish.
