LOTE 176, bottled on 311221, tasted on 8-10-24. Color: light yellow to almost yellow. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light acidity, light citrus, slightly fruity, hint of earth, light aromatic green vegetal notes, hint of white pepper. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, light orange, hint of cinnamon through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of agave honey, light acidity, light citrus, light earthiness with light fruity notes persist.

A little known gem from 1123. Agave, sweetness, mineral, citrus, 80 proof.
