Tasted at the distillery. Nutmeg, fruity, agave, Light on the palate sweet agave, earthy, fruity. Anise.

This was a recommendation from El Buho. Nice amber color in the glass. Definitely more char in this barrel. Aroma of caramel, oak, cooked agave, and barrel spice. The flavor was similar, with the addition of black pepper. The finish was medium-long and mellow.
