If the reposado gave me tropical banana notes - this one gives banana extract!. It’s so prominent - and I’m here for it. Very old school profile - I love tropical fruit notes.

LALA-001 Agree with someone it’s similarity of scents to et70. Trago does have a stronger vanilla, chocolate scents but not over powering. Let it open and you should be in for a treat. Loved it’s Long lasting cooked agave finish

Aroma: ripe banana, tropical fruits, mamey, guanábano, agave, orange blossom. Palate: agave, lime, banana, tropical fruits, avocado cream, cedar wood. Finish: spices, agave, white pepper, tropical fruits. This tequila makes you want another sip after another sip.

This añejo bottled 09/04/07 is very reminiscent of 70th Aniversario in tone if not in depth of profile.

Unbelievable

Building on the on the repo it has a similar aroma but a fuller bodied flavour without being to overly barrel forward.

Aroma is quite inviting. Sweet agave nose and initial flavor was smooth at first but quickly gave way to a lot of heat. Did not expect that from an Anejo Tequilla. Overall it’s a good tequila not great.
