On the nose, I’m getting a nice sweetness right away. It’s cooked agave up front, a little spice, some citrus, and just a touch of floral and little vegetal. On the palate, big cooked agave hits first, then those floral notes really open up more than the nose lets on. There’s a clean sweetness throughout. The finish brings a nice vegetal heat that builds as it sits. I’m also picking up some anise and a little lime zest on the back end

I’m old school. If a tequila needs lime and salt, it’s not good tequila. This one? Drink it straight. Smooth, clean, and easy. Bravo.
