Mexican 35% abv. version, tequila joven, no lot code, marbete is from aprox. year 2005, front label depicts a man riding a horse with an agave field in the background, golden color plastic twist cap with fun stopper. Tasted on 11-12-24. Color: very light yellow. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, steamed calabaza, hint of pepper, hint of earthiness, unnatural agave fiber aromas, hint of vanilla. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light wood note, ends a tad bitter. Finish is medium, light pepper, hint of vanilla with very light unnatural agave fiber aromas through my retronasal persists but not too long.
