tried with oct 2025 tmm blinds. was my least favorite of all 10 expressions.

AMM Blind: NOM 1480. Super sweet on the nose, flowers and chocolate. I keep going back to it, thinking the chocolate was an anomaly, but it remains consistent. The sweetness persists on the palate. Finish doesn’t linger too long.

AMM Blind Tasting: Aroma: seems like the sweetest smelling of the bunch Cooked agave butter, lemon, vanilla notes. Palate: decent body, vegetal, pepper, citrus with some asparagus hints. Finish: not my favorite finish

Rated blind with AMM: Jalapeño, sweet agave, white pepper, and bell pepper. Short finish.

1480 like the high proof

Nice nose earthy and good cooked agave tastes is a nice sweetness vanilla cooked agave cinnamon and some herbs. Nice finish but it is short 1480
