“This is spectacular! I’ve had this for a while, but never opened it until I bought some more bottles before they are all gone from 1123. The aroma hits me with mint, cooked agave, minerality, grass, cement. The flavor is really complex with a lot of mint, cooked agave, pepper, cinnamon, minerality and grass. I had some heat on the finish, which isn’t unexpected at 54.5% but it surprised me, at first, even though I let it rest for a while. By the time I finished my glass, my palate adjusted to it nicely.”
