JAJA Tequila Blanco
“clean, intense cooked agave, lots of vanilla, initially had a rough texture, but the bottle has opened up and it's softened a bit. initially had a very solvent flavor to it, which would indicate bad cuts, but again, those notes softened slightly into black pepper. the finish was off-putting, but turns into straight sweetness. being that this bottle is NOM 1416, I'm guessing there are additives, and I don't see any indication of production method, so I'm assuming autoclave. overall, it seems like they're trying to hide inherent flaws”
