“This kept calling my name and it finally won out. I didn’t with the taste tho. I got a ton of alcohol taste up front with some oak and pepper in the back end and finishes smooth. For the price it is completely overpriced and overvalued. I can buy 8 bottles of Cascahuin Tahona for that money. It was a once in a lifetime taste and now will just keep the bottle. ”

“In my glass: Pasote Blanco Nose has very upfront agave and pepper. After a bit to open up, got more earthiness and minerality. First sip was agave, pepper and minerality. Finished well with a bit of pepper. 2nd sip was more agave, minerals and earthiness with the pepper on the back. 3rd sip was very similar to the 2nd. Overall, very good juice with a very good viscosity which leads to a great mouth feel. Definitely a top 10 Blanco. ”
