“Is centenario good? I don’t know if I’d say that. It’s a pretty bland bottle overall. But it’s also not bad, and it’s quite cheap and widely available, so it’s something you end up drinking a lot in Mexico just because it’s around. I wouldn’t drink it straight but it’s great for mixing.”

“Probably my favorite cheap sipper. Upfront this tequila has some delightful strong roasted agave notes on the nose and palette which are often sorely lacking at this price point, held back largely by a slight rubbing alcohol aftertaste. Still, for less than 300 mxn, hard to beat!”
