NOM 1437 | NOM1437, Mexican 38% abv. version, no lot codes, marbete is from 2010, tasted on 4-5-24. Color: yellow to slightly dark yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, light herbaceousness, light vanilla, light wood note, strong minerality or light metallic aroma, a drying sensation. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, ends slightly dry. Finish is medium, light cooked agave, light vanilla, light wood note with strong minerality or light metallic note persists.
NOM 1437 | Rated blind. Even though it has spent time in a barrel, it still has that strong diffuser aroma. No thanks. Color is lighter than most reposaodos. Taste is medicinal. I’m not a fan.
