NOM 1465 | Mexican 35% release, priced at $215 pesos. Nose: Somewhat subdued aromas that take some work to ferret out. Pineapple, light earth, a touch of vanilla and a vague root vegetable note. Flavor: Pepper front and center, a nondescript sweetness, a persisting tannic bitterness. A hint of cinnamon towards the finish.
