NOM1115 Tequila La Perreñita S.A. de C.V. Mexican 38% abv. versión, LOTE No. 18 142, bottled on 12 01 02, marbete is from year 2000, tasted on 10-11-23. Color: almost transparent. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, anise, medium to full body, slightly vegetal, after 30 minutes in the glass a touch of vanilla and a touch of wood note emerges. Aromas are aromatic but quite subtle. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, a touch of spiciness. Finish is medium, sweet cooked agave with light anise note persists.
butter smell, no density
Wonderful nose: plenty of sweet vanilla with an agave backdrop. Palate is pleasant, I am not sure if there’s additives but I’ll say this…either way it’s done well.
Salinity Szechuan peppercorn
Not as good as others but is still good!!!
Nose: Spicy and fruity: dark fruit, berries and cooked pineapple. Flavor: Nice mouth feel with pepper and light baking spices. Creamy vanilla... Finishes with lingering pepper, caramel and light oak.
