Tequila Honey Badger
Lote: L14267S572, bottled on 24-09-2014. Color: dark yellow. Aroma: toffee, light maple honey, oak wood, light vanilla notes, slightly bitter, the only characteristics that I could tell this is tequila is from its minerality & that it is slightly herbaceous, otherwise it is more like a bourbon. Palate: toffee, oak wood notes that are slightly astringent & dry, vanilla, alcohol sensation towards the end maintains its medium strength. Anise. This would have appeared to me as a bourbon in a blind tasting. Finish is medium to long, toffee vanilla and wood notes persist.
