After enjoying the Anejo, I wanted to give the Repo a try. Similar to the Anejo, there is a slight sweat finish on this product. Pepper and agave are very present in the Repo.
Great purchase at a fair price.
Smells a lot like the Blanco but a little more subtle, I don’t get any oak at all on my nose(wildfires are raging as I write this so I can’t smell much). This tastes like simple syrup, zero agave, just diabetes.
Syrup sweet. Too much glycerin (or whatever they add) and too much vanilla. But it is tasty — just not in a “pure” way. Imagine Casamigos but amplified with the additives.

2018 bottle — Adictivo is on the sweet side and this one is a sweet treat. To me it’s a different product than my go to tequilas— it’s meant for candy loving palates. Agave is there. Wood is there but… it’s not for purists

This tequila smells a lot like caramel and vanilla. It has also a scent of oak and very little agave. Smells and tastes like it’s full of additives. It has a really strong taste of vanilla which I personally don’t like when it’s fake. It goes down very easy, too sweet. This tequila has no character.

Agave- sweet- vegetal aroma with a sweet agave flavor with a hint of pepper. A sweet syrupy finish that lingers hints of agave and a little pepper heat.

Odeur un peu de chimique. Saveur sucrée sans présence d’agave. Finale de bonbons… Idéal pour ceux qui n’aiment pas la tequila pure. La bouteille est magnifique.
NOM 1560 | Very sweet. For beginners or brandy lovers. Tequila purist will not enjoy but there’s a market for this product.
