Very interesting expression. Very floral on the nose with orange blossom, lime leaf and honeysuckle. The flavors are rich with agave, vanilla, raisins and unmelted butter.

Very unique start to the nose: flowery, vanilla, citrus and agave. It has a light and airy sensation to it. Vanilla, pepper and spicy. Some apple nuance. Bitter/sweet. Finish doesn’t evolve much from the initial impressions. But interesting expression.

Another one of Espolon's unique expressions that it hard to find outside of Mexico. The Chardonnay barrel aging adds a little butter, vanilla smoothness without being overpowering. Worth trying if you can find it. I liked their Bourbon barrel aged reposado better, but that's me.
