Interesting tequila at a fair price. This is not an everyday sipper. A little harsh, due to higher proof. Flavors over powered from the barrel influences.

Slight cake batter and melon aromas. I appreciate the subtlety and gentle aging. Easy to drink and feels nice in the mouth.

Nose: Butterscotch, agave and ripe fruit delivered with a mild alcohol punch. Some oak blends in unobtrusively. A tiny earthy hint. The palate presents with butterscotch and pepper. Some maple and nutmeg. Finish: Pepper heat, sweetness and an acceptable bitter note linger for quite some time. The oak becomes more prominent on the finish.

For a 25 dollar bottle it’s amazing great value for the price

Somewhat smooth finish, some oak, a bit of a bourbon character. Similar to Horitnitos Doble Barrel Bkack

Nice smooth aroma of oak and cooked agave. Stronger alcohol content makes it have more bite and finish. Definitely stays in the chest, but overall something nice to sip on.
