NOM 1604 | Nom 1604 Aroma jumps with vanilla with a very slight alcohol. The red flag of additives has already been raised. There are thick legs on the glass walls even leaving spots like rain mist. The flavor is almost exclusively vanilla. This is a sweet tequila. I don’t get agave at all. The finish is more vanilla sweetness and if you let this linger a touch of alcohol burn develops on the tongue. This has a lingering aftertaste like an artificially sweetened soda. This is very clear in the glass. Would I buy this again ? No. Would I recommend? Probably not but if you like vanilla sweetness this may be enjoyable for you. Those reviews from 3 and 4 years ago ,,,, just absurd. It does have a very cool “day of the dead “ cap.
