Querendón Blanco - I’m getting a unique bouquet of aromas. There is a creamy quality with hints of red macerated grapes which I believe is coming from their proprietary yeast that they extracted from wine grapes. There’s an underlying buttery quality and soft alcohol vapors. I’m reminded of a lemon meringue and almond paste but more floral with some hints of sweetness and a fleeting baking spice note. - I taste a minty melon note up front. It then gets creamy from the cooked agave. There’s a spearmint note before the white pepper hits. It has a thin to medium body with a herbal quality. It’s short finish but the sweetness and pepper linger. It’s a pleasantly unique blanco with many layers but also perfect for people that are just starting to sip tequila neat. - AUSTIN TEXAS OWNED
