Just like the blanco, this is pretty neutral, lacking aroma and flavor. It’s a simple budget tequila, probably best for cocktails.

PLJOV24183 bottled on 11/11/24, tasted on 5-12-26. Color: very light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, light earthiness, hint of cinnamon, hint of spiciness, hint of sourness, light acidity, after 20 minutes in the glass the cooked agave note becomes slightly sweet. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of spiciness. Finish is medium, light cooked agave with spicy notes persist.
