Aroma: Cooked agave and vanilla lead, accented by black pepper, oak, wet grass, vegetal notes, and minerals for a fresh, complex nose. Palate: Cooked agave and vanilla dominate for me, with black pepper, oak, and vegetation adding spice and depth. Finish: Smooth oak and pepper fade with subtle vegetal hints, leaving a clean, lingering finish. Overall, good bottle. I wouldn’t buy the bottle again, but if it was what was available at a restaurant or friend’s house, then I would gladly sip it again. I prefer the cabal blanco over the repo.
