“The extra abv really balances well w/the barrel influence. It has the signature Cascahuin fingerprint but also has the barrel which elevates the 47% abv. I’m really impressed, as a blanco drinker. If this is what the barrel aged stuff is about I will buy more, haha. There is a bunch of really exceptional barrel aged stuff coming out so I have my ear to the ground so to speak, haha. ”

“Very good for the new price ~Oct 24’. I can’t believe this is high pressure auto clave. Good viscosity, good salinity, good balance & very approachable. This is what you bring to party that would make everyone happy. I would sip this all night & if someone wants a spicy cucumber Paloma this would fit the bill. I need to look at the batch number. These agaves taste ripe w/sweetness. I’m thankful I bought 4 bottles. More tasting notes to come but so far I’m pleasantly surprised. ”
