The Joven is a nice combination of the raw agave, citrus and black pepper. Beautifully oily mouthfeel, similar to the Blanco. Vanilla, agave and black pepper on the finish which lingers on the palette for quite a while. The Joven is phenomenal, preserving everything I like about the Blanco and taking the spirit to the next level. The Blanco is lovely and delicate. The Joven is considerably bolder and more formidable. If you see this in the wild, I strongly suggest you take it home with you.
