“Tried at Sabor Chicago 2026 Ensueño lote 3 repo Aged in 1st fill pappy van winkle lote b 12 yr barrels, along with the American white oak barrels they use to rest the blanco. For the reposado, they use both and blend those barrels together. Sweet sweet cooked agave I'm really liking this one! Another excellent product from Ensueño”
