The aroma opens with a vibrant cooked agave, a mineral freshness, and a touch of mint that enlivens the profile. Subtle notes of black licorice and light yeast emerge, followed by a hint of gently roasted nuttiness. On the palate, a soft minerality gives way to sweet citrus zest and a refreshing water-like clarity. Vegetal layers blend with light bell pepper and a delicate almond nuttiness, accented by faint whispers of rose and honeysuckle for a refined floral hint. The finish lingers with fading mint and cooked agave, concluding with a bright, zesty citrus trail. A refreshingly delicious and extraordinarily easy to drink Blanco.
De-nada Blanco Nose Agave, cinnamon, pepper, grass, some fruit, bubblegum/tropical/bananas at low nose, a little alcohol on high nose Palate wow! Agave blast with something else. What is it?!? Chocolate, Anise, Some yeast Finish nice warm fruit and heat that lingers I'm really enjoying this expression. thanks to Matt C for sending me the sample!
Nose: agave sweet / earth / hint of pear / hay Taste: sweet agave / pepper / cinnamon/ banana / apple / lime/ anise / lemongrass/ spearmint/ orange blossom Finish: very water wet / clean crisp ‘cool water’ effect / a touch of bitter on the middle of the taste that dissipates quickly to leave a mild sweetness behind. This blanco has solid flavors and a super nice finish. The sweetness is enjoyable and not overwhelming, even though it’s the predominant part of the experience.
Not overly complex but really good. Nice mineral taste with anise and mint flavors. Reasonably priced as well.
Absolutely love the nose. I get a face full of cooked agave along with earthy tones and mint. I am getting cinnamon and citrus. Taste is agave and black pepper. It is earthy with a touch of olive. There is a bit of alcohol burn on the finish. The taste is fairly complex but the alcohol is overpowering some of these flavors. I think this is another great tequila from 1414. I prefer Siempre but this one is very good for the price.
Grapefruit and agave come through on this one big time. Very floral and very citrusy. I get a slightly briney finish that goes down very smoothly. Not incredibly complex but goes down very easy and for the 35$ price tag, I'm impressed. This will likely primarily be a mixer but it is good enough to be sipped and something that I would recommend to someone new to quality tequila
Initial impression is that something is overshadowing characteristics that I like. May re-review later.
Nose: cooked agave, wet earth, some light mint, and cut grass Flavor: sweet cooked agave, earth, anise, olives, and slight fruitiness Finish: starts with some fruit and moves to black pepper spice, is a long dry finish.
Solid tequila but overall I felt the smell & taste were both a little too mellow for my liking
Subtle aromas with cooked agave, some anise, grass and a tiny bit of olive. Dominant agave flavor, with more olive in the finish. This is a nice, clean, pleasant tequila.
Herbal, grassy nose with a hint of olive, anise and wet earth. Sweet, cooked agave flavor, nice mouthfeel, and light minty finish. Very pleasant.
It tasted like Yeyo’s first bottle. Very good, clean taste.
No lot code, tasted on 8-3-25. Aroma: light raw agave, hint of cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of anise, light acidity, light green vegetal notes. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of citrus and fruitiness, good sweet sour and citrus balance. Finish is medium to almost long, light raw and cooked agave with a hint of sweetness and fruitiness persists.
Solid, but not spectacular nose. A little bit neutral, but not off-putting. A little minerality, buttery, faint citrus. Dry finish.
Nose is cooked agave, grass, olive and a hint of anise. Taste is cooked agave, pepper, alcohol and earth. The glass was a Chisholm Standard Proof Jarrito
Aroma: Herbal, grassy nose with a touch of olive, anise, and wet earth. Taste: Cooked agave, floral notes, herbal spearmint, black pepper, pineapple, and anise. Finish: Light finish, medium to long, with lingering tastes of grapefruit and lime.
overall smooth and clean, peppery and agave forward...but very expensive
Nose is light - some cinnamon, vanilla, pepper, touch citrus, and Ethanol. Taste is much better and has a noticeable minty profile - along with sage and eucalyptus.
Agave and alcohol with citrus on the nose. Light mouthfeel with lots of agave on the palate. Some sweetness too: mostly vanilla. Some pepper as well with a gentle finish. Hardly any bite. Not a bad budget option.
Great blanco for the price! Under $50 you get a quality tequila. The aroma is very ethanol forward but the flavor is packed with mineralogy, pepper, and slight hints of citrus. Great to sip on and probably just as good in a mixed drink. Highly recommend you at least try it.
A bit alcohol forward. Getting mellow agave on the nose. Giving peppery and malolactic flavors on the palate.
Aroma - sweet cooked agave, baking spices, light vanilla, I also get light melon, yum Palate - sweet cooked agave , vanilla, light melon, easy to drink very tasty!
Not bad, off initial sip of this I think I prefer the reposado from them but I’ll come back when I’ve tried more for a more thorough review. Just agave and slight ethanol initially but it’s a clean tasting blanco
Delicious with sweet aroma and complex taste. A touch of alcohol lingers at the end.

Nose: The agave steps forward first, clean and direct, with a mineral edge that gives it some tension. A flash of alcohol lifts the profile, but it settles quickly into savory olive and a cool mint note that keeps the whole thing feeling sharp. Palate & Mouthfeel: It lands with clear agave and a raw vegetal push, backed by black pepper and a firm, gripping texture that leans a bit astringent. Anise drifts in, giving a slight herbal lift, while mint and a squeeze of citrus brighten the edges. The minerality carries through, grounding the more aromatic notes and keeping the profile focused. Finish: Agave and mint linger in a clean, steady line, with a faint trace of anise fading out at the end. Final Thoughts: A strong value blanco with plenty of character. The only knock is the dryness it leaves behind, but outside of that, it’s an easy tequila to enjoy - straightforward, flavorful, and made with a confident hand.
