“Nose is so alive!! Floral, Citrus , Sweet, clean brine. Reminds me of Alma Del Jaguar. Just a real nice nose! Mouth has a nice fresh feel, little pepper zing, layed on citrus, sweet cooked fresh agave, the minerality pops, anise comes thru. So many nice layers with good finish that stays around . Maybe a touch of mint. Yum. Delightful 1414 comes through again! Well done excellent ”

“Benchetler No 2 La Sabina Plata Nose is brine, pepper, vegetal clean Slick mouth feel, nice little heat kick, some citrus with a grassy minerality , finish is short but the pepper lingers in the taste buds nicely.goes down clean with no bitterness. Each sip brings more of that buttery clean agave. Beautiful fermentation. This is a bottle made to sip and enjoy. I will hang onto this bottle as a private stash . Very very good”

“SIB Bottled 4/25 Barrel I-25 1 of 276 bottles aged 6months in French oak barrel Hand selected Agavegasm Nose is a very pleasant vegetal aroma up front, with a fresh wet cement minerality touch, vanilla, caramel Mouth is heat up front, nice agave tart with that vegetal crisp, short finish, nice light pepper, anise. Excellent repo. The French oak is not very focal which is nice because I was looking for that woody tone but it stays just as a backdrop letting the agave be the star.. the more it sits in glass the seeeter the aroma gets. ”

“Lote BTH 0126 Aroma is right on Quintessential Patron’ Citrus, Spice, Minerality, very strong odor. Not in a bad Way but very prominent in the room upon opening bottle. I’ve let it sit in my glass for last 10 minutes to air out. Short legs , lots of tears in the glass. Very familiar flavor, spicy, sweet, anise, short finish. It definitely has that patron base. Good solid hp. Nice to see Patron step out of the comfort zone of mass production and branch into the additive free world. I know some will argue the rest of line is AF but it’s a hard sell. But this HP is good”

“Bottle #181 from the barrel pick for Ny/Nj Agave Club 47% Abv Immediate Nose upon bottle pop is that sweet cooked agave, anise, baking spice. In the glass it shows great legs and coats beautifully Mouth feel is warm and slick, the anise aroma continues in the flavor profile with the addition of caramel and baking Vanilla. Very nice mild finish without any lingering bitterness . The wheat we bourbon cask blend is a great choice in combination to keep it all well balanced. Good choice fellas!! Well done! I will try and hang onto this bottle and keep it as a hidden gem in my collection for a while and revisit again soon”

“Lote VBHP/25 Bottle 578/656 Nose: very vegetal, Spicey, buttery In the glass the presentation has beautiful tears n legs. Mouth: silky, spice, hot pepper, nice mouth coating, heat in the back but not overpowering. The 94 proof shows nicely. Leaves a clean herbal aftertaste on a short linger. The agave is a tart/sweet/and vegetal blend. Straight to the point. Real nice. Cheers”

“Nose: Cocoa like chocolate licorice, spice Great mouth feel, oily , pepper, brine . Nice cooked agave sweetness . Short to mid finish length. Very smart blend. No after taste. If you are looking for a blanco blend that won’t throw ya into any off corner this is it. The blend is right down the middle like a 90mph fastball. Really nice. Sip all day and mix to make excellent cocktails! Cheers ”

“Nose: Fruity, citrus, slight malic funk wanders on the back. Fast legs in my glass, very clean aroma Mouth: slick, oily, nice little white pepper heat layed with a nice cooked agave sitting on a citrus rind. The flavor stays, the heat stays. The 92 proof is good spot for this offering. I think if the proof went higher it would be too much. Very nice mouth feel. Like a coconut oil silk. Coats the walls nicely. The finish lingers but is not overpowering. It’s a consistent finish. Just fades slowly This is a sipper all day. And would probably make a fantastic Paloma with a bite. Excellent product cheers!”

“Sample courtesy of Matt at Agave Swappers Nose: Immediately I get a brine odor, a vinegar like pungent touch. Mouth: Coated mouth with quick rinse to open up taste buds. Leaves a dry mouth, slight heat but less then I expected for a 100 prf. Has sweet tones, dry , short finish, very pleasing. After taste is very minimal, can taste the bourbon cask but it’s not overwhelming. The Agave is the star with that little extra twist to make it special. Sipper all day long. I wouldn’t mix with it. ”
