Aroma: 22/25 Dense deep agave which is cooked but not fully. Still some raw agave characteristics. White pepper, red grape skins, and undeniably sweet. A dense sweetness. Maybe a hint of charcoal in the backend. Palate: 26/30 Very nice mouth feel and heft. Sweet cooked agave on the tip of my tongue. Buttery light vanilla soon follows. Fruit of cherries, dried mango, plum, and candied pineapple in the mid accompanied by a fading ethanol presence. Finish: 23/25 Very warming and sweet. A Kentucky hug feel but we can call it Mexico hug to keep it relatable for non bourbon fans. Long deep sweet agave finish. Value: 6/10 $80 in San Francisco at K&L. This is a quality still strength tequila for sure. Especially from a more craft like brand.

Nose: Agave leads with a vinous edge, lifted by citrus and a touch of vanilla cream. A streak of fresh mint cuts through, keeping it bright and aromatic. It’s layered - sweet, herbal, and slightly boozy all at once. Palate & Mouthfeel: Medium in body and slick across the tongue, it opens with a rush of salted butter that’s surprisingly inviting. Agave holds steady underneath, joined by flashes of citrus and warming cinnamon. As it settles, jalapeño and black pepper bring a kick that balances the richness and keeps things lively. Finish: The jalapeño heat lingers, tingling the tongue with a bit of alcohol and a cooling lift of mint on the back end. Final Thoughts: A bold, buttery profile that’s both indulgent and assertive. I enjoy the richness and spice interplay, though it’s the kind of pour I’d savor slowly - one glass feels just right.

Definitely preferred this over the regular proof blanco. Lots of minerality, hints of wet stone, bright citrus and cooked agave. A tasty finish that keeps you coming back for more. This is a really solid high proof blanco.

Fresh cracked bottle, let open 10-15 mins, nose is very raw & meaty, like a jerky, maybe somewhat musty/earthy but more so like mud or wet dirt, there is some light agave & spice & herbal notes/hiding in there also. On the pallet is much like the nose, meaty, earthy, minerality, wet cement, some agave, black pepper, some light herbal/citrus notes in there as well, has a nice mouthfeel, long finish, very good juice, for a specific palate, definitely a developed one, not a beginner sipper.

Vessel: CT trail HP Jarrito Nose: Pungent Cooked Agave, Salt, Minerality, Mint, Anise,Vegetal Mouthfeel: Balanced/Medium-Bodied Palate: Agave, Black Pepper, Earth, Citrus Finish: Cooked Agave, Starfruit, Minerality An excellent addition to the Entremanos collection. There's so much more going on with this than the standard blanco. Starting with a mint, anise and cooked agave nose and finishing with starfruit and minerality. This is unique and complex!

Mild nose of agave and cinnamon, this has a big burst of flavor on entry. Quite thick, this is the viscosity winner of the samples tasted so far. Root vegetables and earth along with a nice minerality carried by the ethanol make for a nice buzzy finish. Note that this sample has a metal cap which denotes??? Sample 09 of the HP batch also had a metal cap.

Tasted as part of the TMM big blind Very sweet nose of agave and dried fruits. Cherries, bananas, floral aromas. On the palate it is an agave and cinnamon bomb. Black pepper. Touch of vanilla. Finished off with some alcohol but overall a pleasant tequila. I will revisit when I buy this but i thoroughly enjoyed it in the blind

Sweet cooked agave leads the way, complemented by subtle mineral notes and a touch of citrus. Rich cooked agave takes center stage on the palate, followed by a pleasant from black pepper, and earthy mineral hints. The agave sweetness and pepper spice linger an impressively long time. This sample was generously provided by fellow Agave Swapper, Zach Salapack.

My first Entremanos and happy I tried the HP. Nice agave on the nose, light minerality. On the palate more agave, minerality, some light citrus. The finish is solid. This drinks very well at the high proof. Definitely will buy a bottle for my bar.

Very nice though for 100pf it slight lacked any robustness. I allowed it to open up started to get some floral notes. The agave was nice with about medium finish.

Wet cement, earth, minerality, green olive, brine and floral notes in the nose. Bright and clear in the glass with lazy adhesion. Silky mouthfeel. Some agave-sweetness and black pepper, but otherwise one dimensional on the palate for me. Finish is strong with mint and pepper and alcohol-warmth deep on the backend.

nose comes all agave with earthyness, like wet dirt, some citrus and mineral palate comes same as nose, rightaway bold sweet agave followed by little citrus, earthyness settled lightly finish. balanced tequila from start to finish.

This was blind tasted and was last of the flight. This brand is clearly hyped and tastes a lot like high pressure autoclave and stainless steel distillation.
