This one is very special. I was one of the first to have Mosto Reposado when I was gifted a bottle on my visit to Nom 1580. I thought the repo was decent.. then I tried the regular strength blanco and was somewhat underwhelmed with it. This high proof absolutely caught me off guard given what I expected.. it simply checks all the boxes. Herbal and Vegetal on the nose, Pepper and sweet agave on the nose and minerality and pepper on the finish. This one really hits the mark. For me, this is where I see Mosto making good on anything that fell short of top tier in the past. Keep it up!
