Very earthy. Agave, raw walnut. On the palate this is complex. Agave, briney, earthy.
Nice color on this, rested in French oak. Definitely get some wood aromas, cooked agave. Light, thin on the palate, subtle. Sweet agave flavor right up front, nutty note like walnut, followed by barrel spice, Sweet finish, quick
Heavy funk. Super interesting, but gotta be in the mood for it.
