Nose: Cooked Agave, Dried Fruits, toasted almonds, nuts, oak & spices. Flavors: Roasted Agave, dried fruits, nuts, oak, sherry notes from the wood, spices, caramel, chocolate. Finish: Medium to long finish that lingers for a compex 12 month anejo. (90% aged in sherry and 10% Plata 48 anejo. Great tasting and very complex anejo but the price is pretty high for this special yearly release. (Paid $200 at the distillery).

Nose is cooked agave, toasted almond, peanut, some cherry, dried fruits, plum, almost a trail mix + some agave nectar mixed in, very nice, but light, doesn't jump out of the glass at me but it's definitely there Pallet is great, know it's 1123 right away, beautiful agave, sweet fruits, creamy mouthfeel, I get orange, cherry, black pepper hints, some caramel, very fun to sip no surprise

Cooked agave, minerality, dark chocolate, dried fruit (grape), vanilla, butterscotch. Aroma: 23 Taste: 28 Finish: 24 Value: 4 $250. Great special occasion/anniversary tequila bottle. Overall: 89. Would have been higher score, price kept it down.

outstanding nose, let it breathe for 5 minutes or so and the depth will come out! the price is a bit steep but when you savor it, you'll know where that dinero went. Crafted the way it should be!

This bottle was very good, but I’m knocking it down because of the ridiculous prices I’ve seen for it. I don’t think it’s worth the ridiculous numbers I’ve been seen for it.

This is a wow bottle of Tequila. Nose is off the charts. Incredible depth on the palate with such complexity and finish. Tasted in PV.
