The nose is amazing. Agave with a brown sugar, citrus orange, Wonderful palate with sweet agave, herbal, light pine, great finish. Which I had more of these.

Excellent. Can’t decide which I like more, this or the Siembra Valles Capon Anniversario Blanco

Distinct Cascahuin profile. Strong mineral, wet cement, a lot of cooked agave, pepper, light mint. Solid product, must buy/try!

Very close contender to take the crown from 11 Brix

Nose is faint cooked agave. Fruit. Minerality. Some faint salinity. Softness overall on the palette. Drinks extremely smooth with a nice well balanced overall approach. Buttery. Rich. Very pleasant nice long finish. Overall, maybe one of the best blancos of 2025.

Cascahuín Swell is an absolute wow bottle. Bright citrus, pure agave, clean minerality, and just insanely smooth and balanced. Top tier tequila, just wish it wasn’t so hard to get.
