Old lot - late 90s or early 2000s, 1123 / awesome nose & pallet, vegetal, cascahuin signature notes, agave, some barrels beautifully delicate, great vintage sipper

Has a light mouthfeel and gave me a sense of being a mixto. Has a good framework of green fruits, minerality, herbal notes and it’s an easy sipper

Mexican 1 liter 38% abv. version, it has a red plastic twist cap with a plastic fun stopper, on the bottom of the bottle a label states: LOTE 68, 31 08 99 should be the production or bottling date, tasted on 11-24-23. Aroma: a hint of sweet cooked agave, light green vegetal notes, a touch of resinous sweetness, earthy, slightly herbal. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, alcohol sensation is medium. Finish is medium, light sweet cooked agave with light herbal and light green vegetal notes persist but not too long.
