Sharp, astringent nose. Almost sea breeze with salt. Like breaking a stalk of a plant in front of your nose on a beach. Very mellow flavor. Not super complex. Just cooked agave. Short, almost abrupt finished. Overall, not my favorite. Maybe as a base of a flavorful marg, but not a great sipper.
