Monterey Tequila and Mezcal Festival: I haven’t had many Rosa Tequilas but this was impressively tasty. Pretty bottle for sure but the liquid stands and delivers. I can’t recall specifically intricate notes but I knew that at the moment of tasting I’d buy a bottle for sure. Rosa expressions typically don’t appeal to me but this one I will double back on and grab a bottle.
Nose Cinnamon, port, cherry warm spice from the cinnamon, a deep red-fruit sweetness from the port influence, and a hint of cherry that gives it a fresh, fruit-forward lift. Taste Butterscotch, cherry, spice , it opens with creamy butterscotch sweetness, then unfolds a bright cherry fruit tone, with a backbone of soft spice that keeps things balanced and interesting. The finish is rich and lingering — buttery in texture, and it holds onto those cherry and spice impressions for quite a while.
aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon, and rosemary. On the palate — vanilla, caramel, berries, and that citrus-mint pop that keeps it lively. The finish Silky. Complex. Long-lasting.
Tasted in the tequila matchmaker mystery blind Aroma I get a little bit of the funk in the beginning but it turns into an earthiness Little bit of caramel on the flavor little bit of butterscotch a little bit of vanilla has a buttery feel Finish I pick up some mint and cinnamon
nice nose and palate
Beautiful nose and nice palate. I like this

Monterey Tequila and Mezcal Festival: The owner told me they rest the Blanco for a very short time in barrels. It's delicious honestly. For me, that rest imparts the subtlest of oak taste and it works for me. I'd buy it, suggest it and look forward to a high proof.
