Mexican 36% abv. versión, lote: LT130524B, bottled on 21-05-2024, tasted on 7-5-24. Aroma: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light mint, hint of black pepper, hint of acidity, hint of sourness, raw agave, slightly briny, light earthiness, hint of dust, after 20 minutes in the glass the agave note becomes sweeter but feels unnatural. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, quite sweet but doesn’t feel natural, ends a tad bitter. Finish is short to medium, hint of cooked agave, hint of briny sensation, hint of earthiness with the light unnatural sweetness persists.
Nose: Ripe tropical fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, some flinty notes, and oak. Flavor: Fruity with almond, green peppercorns, anise and caramel.
