Has a bittersweet flavor on final swallow This blanco high proof just has a rough nose…nothing there to love or hate., just too much lactic for me. The taste has some really bold flavors, but the earthy and sage type notes just made this a tough pour to love.
Wow it is like I am in an orchard. The fruits are everywhere apples and pears and even peaches. There is also agave and peppers, maybe red bell peppers The palate is just as tasty. A delicious sweetness of honey and fruits. The high ABV works beautifully with this one. I highly recommend this and can’t wait until my next pour The mouthfeel is good. I’d like it to be a little more viscous but it is only a minor ding.
