Very peppery decent low end sipper

butterscoth, spice and melon nose and flavour, buttery, agave finish

Licorice! Satisfyingly medium strong finish, not overpowering but definitely tequila. Relatively smooth. I think I really like. Value is great just out of my budget if it’s not top shelf Tuesday.

Oak, vanilla, alcohol, butterscotch. Smells great, tastes good but finishes quickly. Tastes very much like Casa Noble resperado, which I do rate. Except Casa Noble is $40 cheaper compared to Hussongs here in NZ.

Really smooth, vanilla notes right off the bat. Mild aroma but has more flavor than expected. Finish is really smooth but doesn’t leave much of a lingering flavor.

Savory sweetness that reminds me of baking cookies. Finish is fantastic. The flavor and experience for the price is top-notch. The jug makes for a unique presentation and nice touch. Will definitely be making a habit of this.

Fresh aroma with a hint of vanilla and carmel. Low alcohol volatiles in the nose. The standard by which our club rates tequila's is Don Julio Anejo. If you like "The Don" but don't want to shell out the $65 + tax, Hussong's Anejo comes close to the taste for just under $40. At about the same price, and easier to find, the Reposado is very nice as well. The only negative we found here is a slight chalky texture. But, for the excellent finish this is easy to overlook.
