Nose: Minerals and earth with pineapple, anise and agave. Flavor: Substantial pepper and spice, with sweet ripe agave and a touch of almond. Nice oily mouth feel. A vegetal note, and minerals persist on the palate. A slight perfume taste. Finishes with pepper, agave and a hint of bitters.
