Okay ... I got this bottle as a gift along with a Don Webber Extra Anejo. The Don Weber was amazing. Perfect sipper. The 1519 is great value free and makes a good margarita. Otherwise don't sip it. Use it for that company that thinks tequila is only for shots. Why change crazy.
Nose: Minerals and earth with pineapple, anise and agave. Flavor: Substantial pepper and spice, with sweet ripe agave and a touch of almond. Nice oily mouth feel. A vegetal note, and minerals persist on the palate. A slight perfume taste. Finishes with pepper, agave and a hint of bitters.
