Lágrimas del Valle La Mesa del Charco 2025 Another great expression from Chava, and this one feels especially meaningful. La Mesa del Charco 2025 is his first Lágrimas del Valle made with agaves from his own fields, and I think that makes it even more special. The tequila is full of cooked agave, fresh herbal notes, citrus and a touch of sweetness, with an earthy side that keeps pulling me back for another sip. It has a beautiful balance between freshness and depth, and it feels very much like Chava’s style. A really special bottle and, for me, another great piece of his journey.
