Tasted Blind. Aroma was vegetal salinity with cola fizz. Easy going black pepper flavor with a little heat. More pepper and bottle caps candy in the finish. This is an easy starter Tequila to get someone interested

Blind tasting via AMM: Sweet agave and fruity plums on the aroma. Flavors of agave, citrus rind, and pepper. Mouthfeel is very creamy—a little too much for my preference.

Presents sweet & fruity on the nose with apple, grape, citrus marmalade, pepper, overripe agave, and a lactic punch. Big kiwi opening on the palate with more of the fruits detected on the nose - apple, grape, strawberry, and citrus candy. Throw some basil & rosemary on top of your fruity bouquet, quite complex this one. There is a nice peppery base here that carries through to the finish with that delicious lactic component that I’m a sucker for; somewhere between Greek yogurt and blue cheese.

This is a fun one to drink. There's some fermentation funk that really works well with everything else on top of it. I'm talking grapes, dried fruit, melon, baking spices, and butter. Flavor is especially nice. More dried fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter. It's got a dry finish, almost tannin-like, with a medium+ body and finish. There's a delicate and subtle balance between all of these aromas and flavors, which I'm sure was painstakingly intentional.

This is definitely a worthwhile sipper. The aroma is licorice, dried grass, and brine.  The flavor, however, is my favorite part. Super agave forward, creamy, thick, round, and slightly vanilla. Extremely pleasant. I think the 42% abv also helps to accent these flavors on the finish.
