Blind tasting with AMM: This was a solid, well balanced blanco with a slightly savory edge and a clean, mineral-driven profile. On the nose, cooked agave leads the way, followed by black pepper and a vegetal backbone. Citrus adds some brightness, while brine and minerals give it a subtle savory, coastal feel. On the palate, the cooked agave carries through clearly, supported by black pepper and vegetal notes. The brine becomes a bit more noticeable here, adding a nice salty contrast, while the minerality gives it structure and a clean, grounded character. The finish is medium in length, leaving behind a balanced mix of agave, pepper, and light salinity. Overall, this is a straightforward but enjoyable blanco with a nice balance of brightness and savory notes, making it an easy and satisfying sip.
Tasted Blind. Aroma was vegetal salinity with cola fizz. Easy going black pepper flavor with a little heat. More pepper and bottle caps candy in the finish. This is an easy starter Tequila to get someone interested
Blind tasting via AMM: Sweet agave and fruity plums on the aroma. Flavors of agave, citrus rind, and pepper. Mouthfeel is very creamy—a little too much for my preference.
Presents sweet & fruity on the nose with apple, grape, citrus marmalade, pepper, overripe agave, and a lactic punch. Big kiwi opening on the palate with more of the fruits detected on the nose - apple, grape, strawberry, and citrus candy. Throw some basil & rosemary on top of your fruity bouquet, quite complex this one. There is a nice peppery base here that carries through to the finish with that delicious lactic component that I’m a sucker for; somewhere between Greek yogurt and blue cheese.
• Visual: Thin viscosity. Clear with clear thin edge. • Initial Nasal Impact: Warming and sour. • Aroma: Apple cider vinegar, honeysuckle, earthy, white pepper in background. • Mouthfeel: Dry, chalky and thin with sufficient. • Flavor: Chalk, earth, lemon zest, green apple, honeysuckle, cinnamon. • Finish: Medium/long and drying with alcohol buzz on the tongue. Green apple, chalk with appearing honey on the retro nasal.
AMM Blinds march 2026 #7 nose - fruit alcohol hay/beer/yeast, a little mint and some mild processing notes palate - minerality, anise, brown sugar, cinnamon
Nose - agave, hay, bell pepper, mint, brine, lime, thyme, white pepper and green grape Taste - agave, mint, brine, lime, herbal, olive, soil, pepper, sawdust, and honey butter avg mouthfeel short finish
This is definitely a worthwhile sipper. The aroma is licorice, dried grass, and brine. The flavor, however, is my favorite part. Super agave forward, creamy, thick, round, and slightly vanilla. Extremely pleasant. I think the 42% abv also helps to accent these flavors on the finish.
The blanco is Very peppery on the palate. The agave shows in the mid palate after the spice.

1st AMM Blind Kit 2026: Nose: Citrus burst, lemon cake, hint of olive with notes of almond and oat. Palate: sweet fruit cake, vanilla, mint, pepper. Not my favorite but can see why some would like it.
