“Agave, Chocolate, and sweet dates in the aroma, wow! Agave still comes through for me in the flavor along with a refined richness I can’t quite put a name to, golden raisin comes to mind but that might not be accurate, very enjoyable though. Some nice lingering spice through the finish with that chocolate coming back right at the end. What a treat! Thanks for the sample Mike Collins.”

“Aroma is agave and heavy black pepper. Minerality comes out the longer it sits. More Pepper and agave in the sip with mild but quite present vegetal notes. The finish is expectedly spicy with a bit sharper veg note of green bell pepper. Thank you Matt and Agave Swappers for this sample.”
