Blind tasting with AMM: This was a fresh, green leaning blanco with a bright and slightly savory profile. On the nose, cooked agave comes through first, followed by black pepper and a grassy, green note. There’s a hint of olive that adds a subtle savory touch, along with orange peel that brings a bit of citrus brightness. On the palate, the cooked agave leads again, supported by black pepper and a noticeable wet grass character that gives it a crisp, natural feel. Citrus comes through with a tangerine-like sweetness, while vegetal notes round out the profile and keep it grounded. The finish is a bit short, fading quicker than expected but leaving behind light citrus and green notes. Overall, this is a clean, easy drinking blanco with a fresh, grassy profile. It doesn’t linger long, but it’s enjoyable and approachable while it lasts.

Tasted blind, re-trying now. The aroma has nice clean agave notes with some pepper, subtle but clean. The flavor had pepper some grass along with light agave. The finish was quick and mildly numbing. Overall pretty good.

Blind tasting via AMM: I get cinnamon Red Hots on the aroma and flavor, with additional flavors of agave and anise. Nice medium finish. Pricey.

Earthy on the nose with some florals in the mix. There’s a general sweetness on the palate with some citrus pith, lime, peppers, earthy notes, green apple skin, and flower petals. There’s an interplay between sweet in bitter, but the balance is off for me. Leans a bit too far bitter on the finish.

I wish I could give points for sustainability, but that's not an option. But this tequila is quite nice. Vegetal, spicy, and full of cinnamon. There's a tiny hint of fermentation funk in the aroma that I like, and the finish has a natural sweetness to it.

The first sip hits with agave, wet earth, and cracked black pepper. Clean and layered, almost chaotic just pulls you deeper, mid-palate it shifts like riding through agave fields after rain, cooked agave, roasted sweet potato, citrus peel, and a faint herbal bite like crushed sage and green peppercorn. The minerality isn’t background its structural, like the land itself is in the glass. Just when it feels grounded, it swerves again. The finish stretches long and slightly wild: white pepper heat, limestone dust, lime zest, and a faint volcanic smokiness hard to describe. It lingers like echoing footsteps through an my grandmas old hacienda courtyard! The feeling is warm, slightly rustic, and impossible to pin down. Unbelievably beautiful experience that swept me off my feet! A stand alone profile. Can NOT compare it to anything else. Well done!!!!!

Very nicely done Blanco at 40%, nice nose, but the palate is where its at.
