The minerality isn’t background its structural, like the land itself is in the glass. Just when it feels grounded, it swerves again. The finish stretches long and slightly wild: white pepper heat, limestone dust, lime zest, and a faint volcanic smokiness hard to describe. It lingers like echoing footsteps through an my grandmas old hacienda courtyard! The feeling is warm, slightly rustic, and impossible to pin down. Unbelievably beautiful experience that swept me off my feet! A stand alone profile. Can NOT compare it to anything else. Well done!!!!!”
