“I really enjoyed sipping on this. The best Blanco Patron has made. Not heavy on the typical Grassy, Earthy, Citrus notes, but very easy to sip. Very little alcohol burn. I got it on sale for $70. MSRP around here is over $108. At $70 it's $15 overpriced!!”

“It's not really a 93! But....it's my 1st try, So very pleased with everything about this nectar. Not pleasant or un pleasant on the nose, just not pronounced. BUT the taste and after taste linger nicely with vanilla and agave forward. Light on the palate but still enough sugar to keep it just sweet enough for me. This bottle was about $57. I think it's a bargin. Would love to put it up against Fortaleza actually.”

“Found this today for $67. Overpriced by $10 in my opinion. Pretty similar to Fortaleza but less aroma. Really good agave for a Reposado. I use the word Bright when describing the flavors...crisp but not a lot of punch to them. Typical Repo flavors on my opinion but of good quality. You know it hasn't been manipulated. Good sipper and good with a freshly made Margarita. They had the Anejo. gonna go back and get it and see if the longer time in the barrel gives it more of all the flavors we love in aged tequila.”

“I get the oak and all that comes with it....barrel spice, vanilla, hint of butterscotch. No alcohol burn. A bit weak on the after taste. Still a solid Anejo. Will buy it again. Wish it were $15 cheaper. I got this bottle for $82.”

“So this is my 3rd try with the Anejo. absolutely Love the Repo and Extra Anejo....the initial aroma is medicinal and mint giving way to a little vanilla and caramel, mild oak, no agave, pepper and alcohol. It tastes much better then the aroma...all the same flavors but less mint and....vegetal....(the only word that comes to mind)...Mild alcohol on the finish, good sweetness but fairly watery. Expected more sugars. Definitely will not buy again. Sticking to the Repo and Extra Anejo.”

“Rating after my second taste.. This one seems to have. at least, less additives than the Repo. I get more of the agave and oak, still a good amount of vanilla, dried fruit in there too and I swear a bit of pear. The finish is still a little pepper with just enough alcohol burn to know its not overly manipulated. ”

“My second bottle. Eas just learning about tequila when I got the 1st one. Opening nose is Vanilla, Cream Soda and Agave. 1st taste is Vanilla, Agave, Caramel. Some alcohol burn but just enough to notice and not linger. Plenty of sugars for a reposado. I'm sure it has additives but not over done like some of the Celebrity tequilas. I'll buy this anytime I can get it. It's from the same distillery as Cincoro and Los Azulejos. Similar profile.”

“What an amazing tequila! Nose is immediate agave, caramel, apple, oak...finish is the best part...starts a bit peppery but immediately mellows to a silky smooth finish. Will buy whenever I can find it.”

“Not sure which NOM this came from. 1L bottle, which is beautiful. Reminds me a bit of Clase Azul....smooth, lots of vanilla, cream soda...seems to have additives bit very drinkable. ”

“I bought this because a friend of mine .... new to tequila...tried it and said they thought I would like it. I hate it when novices are right. I was expecting additive sweetness. what I got was a strong anejo tequila. Barrel notes are there, not too oakey and dry, but more buttery and slippery on the tongue with good sugars that make the initial alcohol burn settle nicely with a little air time. It isn't overly complex but what it has is strong and stable and a consistently pleasing taste over and over again.”

“A good hit of Vanilla on the nose and more agave than expected in an Anejo blend... moderate alcohol burn, more than tolerable. A good mouth feel, not too sugary. Oak is present as ot should be, surprised I got some baking spices as it got air. I believe I paid around $36 for this...and it's my 2nd bottle. Good daily sipper for sure. Worth a try. my bottle was round and squatty, some heft to it too. Will keep the bottle.”

“Yes I have had smoother anejo's, but they have all been more expensive. Love the vanilla and mild oak...just enough to not over power the agave which is definitely there. Has been 8 yrs since I last tasted it when I was just learning about tequila. Will buy this anytime is see it on the shelf.”

“So different from the rest....mint, vanilla, oak on first smell. Not as viscous as I wanted but still pleasant enought that I would have it again. 2nd pour seemed to open up more vanilla sweetness and oak....the mint was actually nice on the front end....good agave does come thru...give it time. And come on...the jug is just Fun!”

“First smell was really nice...vanilla etc, then the Real Agave, smoke, pepper for sure. Was expecting a smoother tequila, but reminds me of really good Mexican Reposados. Staying true to the cooked agave 1st with smoke, pepper, then the sweet notes of vanilla, oak and baking spices to finish. Definitely get this again. The Extra Anejo is damn awesome IMO!”
